Installation Steps

 

 

Check the accessories list and accessories chart to see if the accessories are complete,After completion of car tail door installation,Please long press the tail door to install the switch button,In 3-5 seconds the "beep" has a long sound. Let the handle loose and press the end door. There is two “beep”, that is, the tail gate is completed.

 

Safety protection measures and tools for pre－installation parts preparation(check the completeness of the accessories)，Before loading the car, a layer of cloth is laid on the rear door of the car. Prevent the scraping of the body，Take out the product and install the tool.

 

1.First, remove the screws from the yellow circle on the left trim panel

 

 

2.Get rid of the screws on the right

 

 

3.Remove the lid of the handle of the tail door as the pictures showing

 

 

4.Get the screw off after taking the lid off (as the picture showing), dismantle the rear panel

 

 

5.To install the right pole with the ball head of the original, pole with line toward down point,(the same steps as left and right)

 

 

6.To install the right pole with the ball head of the original (the same steps as left and right)

 

 

7.Keep the Holzer line through the tail of the hole (the same steps as left and right)

 

 

8.Pole mounting completion as the picture showing

 

 

9.In the position shown in the main driver ,Find the safe box and remove the cover,See the safe box

 

 

10.Power position below the main driver ,The following are two different models of power taking according to the type of electricity.

 

 

 

11.The ground wire connects the screw position below the side of the main driving side

 

 

12.The main driver takes off the original vehicle keys to install our front switch button

 

 

13.Find the socket at the end of the door,Two lines flung out by the front switch, Connect the black line of this socket respectively

 

 

 

14.The main driver's seat belt is removed from the B column to find the central control panel

 

 

15.Medium line connected to green line (from right to left, the first row of second jacks)

 

 

16.The Holzer line, the power cord and the electric plug are colored according to the color---Pluggable control box

 

 

 

17.Control box installation position ,Fix with our screws and gaskets

 

 

18.The original vehicle unlocking plug is directly butted with the three way adapter socket,The other end plug in the door lock position

 

 

19.To install the tail gate switch to the position as shown in the pictures
