Installation Steps

Check the accessories list and accessories chart to see if the accessories are complete,After completion of car tail door installation,Please long press the tail door to install the switch button,In 3-5 seconds the "beep" has a long sound. Let the handle loose and press the end door. There is two “beep”, that is, the tail gate is completed.

Safety protection measures and tools for pre－installation parts preparation(check the completeness of the accessories)，Before loading the car, a layer of cloth is laid on the rear door of the car. Prevent the scraping of the body，Take out the product and install the tool.

1.First take the lid of the tail and the curtain of the cover open.

2.Take out the spare tire and disassemble the rear cover

3.Dismantled interior trim panel

4.Dismantling the braces of the original car and the left and right supports

5.Remove the left lower bracket of the original car，Install the left lower bracket of our company,Fixed with a car screw

6.Remove the right lower bracket of the original car,Install the right lower bracket of our company,Fixed with a car screw

7.Installation of our strut with the ball head of the original car ,The Holzer line henceforth the reservation hole through the plug on the plug ,(the same steps as left and right)

8.Power supply under the main driving

9.Punching at the underside of the main driver. Install the front switch of our company

10.Unplug the seat at the tail door lock position to find the line

11.Two lines thrown off by the front switch, one with white green lines. one connect with grounding wire

12.Connect the original car lock wire socket to our three socket outlet.

14.The Holzer line, the power cord and the electric plug are colored according to the color---Pluggable control box

15.Install the central control box of our company ,Fix with our screws and gaskets

16.Lay down the metal buckles on both sides ,Disassembly panel ,Find the electrical suction lock

17.Remove the original car lock,Install the electrical suction lock of our company,Fix with our screws

18.Clip the lock pull rope to the motor ,Tighten the screws on both sides ,Fix with our screws and gaskets

19.The motor is installed on the left side of the trunk

20.Plug the seat of our electric suction line with the motor socket

21.Dismantle the trim panel and punch holes in the panel ,Install the switch button of the tail gate of our company
