Installation Steps

 

 

Check the accessories list and accessories chart to see if the accessories are complete,After completion of car tail door installation,Please long press the tail door to install the switch button,In 3-5 seconds the "beep" has a long sound. Let the handle loose and press the end door. There is two “beep”, that is, the tail gate is completed.

 

Safety protection measures and tools for pre－installation parts preparation(check the completeness of the accessories)，Before loading the car, a layer of cloth is laid on the rear door of the car. Prevent the scraping of the body，Take out the product and install the tool.

 

1.Get rid of the screws, remove the rear door trim and the original pole

 

 

2.Remove the left upper bracket of the original vehicle and install our support and brace

 

 

3.With the lower bracket of the original, the left pole of our company is installed

 

 

4.Remove the upper right bracket of the original vehicle and install our support and braces

 

 

 

5.With the lower bracket of the original, the right strut of our company is installed

 

 

6.Holzer line goes to the door lock position and is fixed with a cover plate as the pictures showing

 

 

7. Install a schematic diagram

 

 

8.Remove the original vehicle fuse and plug the power supply fuse on the tail gate.

 

 

9.Middle control line at the main driving front door

 

 

10.Connect with Brown line (from the left to the right, the first row of fourth holes)

 

 

11.The ground line is found under the main driver

 

 

12.Connecting ground wire

 

 

13.The central control box is installed in the picture position, fixed by screws.

 

 

14.The Holzer line, the power cord and the electric plug are colored according to the color---Pluggable control box

 

 

 

15.The original vehicle's unlocking plug is directly butted with the three way adapter socket,The other end plug in the door lock position

 

 

16.Remove the lock of the original car and install the electrical suction lock of our company

 

 

17.Clip the lock pull rope to the motor,Tighten the screws on both sides ,Fix with our screws and gaskets

 

 

18.The motor is installed under the left side panel of the trunk

 

 

19.Plug the seat of our electric suction line with the motor socket

 

 

20.Install the tailgate switch to the position shown in the picture to restore the trim panel.
