Installation Steps

 

Check the accessories list and accessories chart to see if the accessories are complete,After completion of car tail door installation,Please long press the tail door to install the switch button,In 3-5 seconds the "beep" has a long sound. Let the handle loose and press the end door. There is two “beep”, that is, the tail gate is completed.

 

1.First remove the screws and buckle of the rear door trim panel before removing the black cover.

 

 

2.Remove the left lower bracket of the original car,Install the left lower bracket,Fix with our screws.

 

 

3.Remove the left upper bracket of the original car ,Install the left upper bracket,Fixed with a car screw.

 

 

4.Install the pole of our company,pole with line toward the downward,(the same steps as left and right).

 

 

5.Remove the right lower bracket of the original car ,Install the right lower bracket of our company,Fix with our screws.

 

 

6.Remove the right upper bracket of the original car,Install the right upper bracket of our company,Fixed with a car screw.

 

 

7.Take off the waterproof plug of the original car,The strut line goes through the rubber plug hole to the tail door cover plate.

 

 

 

 

8.Main driving disassembly panel,Find the power source of the original car.

 

 

9.Take off the 20A fuse of the original car ,Plug the power outlet of our company.

 

 

10.Power line fetching.

 

 

11.To find the original OBD under the main driver ,OBD socket to plug our OBD socket.

 

 

12.Dismantle the trim panel at the B column of the main driving seat belt ,Find the control of the original car.

 

 

13.The yellow line is connected to the socket with the Unlocked white line & Lock white line.

 

 

14.The power line and the central control line go along the yellow line to the tail gate.

 

 

 

15.Find the ground screw at the back door of the car,connect with our Ground line.

 

 

16.Pull the seat on the side of the door lock.

 

 

17.To plug our three connection socket.

 

 

18.Remove the original car door lock ,Install the electrical suction lock on our company,Fix with our screws and gaskets.

 

 

19.Electrical suction lock white socket plug in three wiring harness white socket.

 

 

20.The Holzer line, the power line, the electric suction line socket according to the color. -----Pluggable control box.

 

 

 

21.Paste our 3M glue on the back of the control box.

 

 

22.Install the central control box of our company,Fix with our screws and gaskets.

 

 

23.Install the special tail door key of our company.
