Installation Steps

Check the accessories list and accessories chart to see if the accessories are complete,After completion of car tail door installation,Please long press the tail door to install the switch button,In 3-5 seconds the "beep" has a long sound. Let the handle loose and press the end door. There is two “beep”, that is, the tail gate is completed.

Safety protection measures and tools for pre－installation parts preparation(check the completeness of the accessories)，Before loading the car, a layer of cloth is laid on the rear door of the car. Prevent the scraping of the body，Take out the product and install the tool.

1.Remove the original trim panel and spreader

2.Remove the original vehicle right pole and install our right pole

3.Install the original cart ball head

4.Remove the original vehicle left brace and install our left brace.

5.Install the original cart ball head

6.Drill the hole with our drill, and our hall wire passes through this hole to the end door cover plate (the same left-right steps).Stick a waterproof rubber plug.

8.Punch holes in the main drive trim and install our front switch

9.Remove the trim plate at the right side of the rear tail, find the original car wiring screw and connect to our ground wire.

10.Remove the trim plate on the right side of the rear tail, find the original car power, unplug the original car fuse, plug in our power socket.

11.Remove the lock catch of the original vehicle and install the electric suction of our company

13.Hall wire, central control wire and power cord are inserted into our control box according to the color.

14.Install the rear door button of our company

After the installation is complete, please must learn to tail gate Settings, please make sure that the door can switch in place (the tail gate to ideal height, push the tail gate equipped with switch, 3-5 seconds long rang hear "di", release your hand, and then click on the end closed door keys, the tail door locked in place, and then hear the "click" sound, the tail door of learning is complete, if not hear "di di" sound, learning is not successful, need to learn;If do not close the door, in the study with the hand to assist the door closed)

Key control mode
