Attention

 

1. Before installing the tailgate, check the status of the original tailgate. (Whether the gap in the door is balanced)

 

2. All images in the manual are for reference only. Pictures may not be the same as the real one, but the installation method is the same.

 

3. In order to facilitate your installation, please ca refullyread the product manual before installation. Please pay attention to protect the surface of your car to avoids cratches. Please regularly check all parts connected withthe car for looseness, to ensure the safety of use.

 

4. After the tailgate is installed, must learn settings to openand close the door.

 

5. Raise the tailgate to the top, and then press the tailgate switch button for 3-5 seconds. When you hear a sound"Di——", loose your hand. Finally, press the tailgate switch button again, you will hear "DiDi——" when the door was closed. Setting finished. If you don't have hear"DiDi——", setting is not succeed and you need to set again.

 

Installation Instruction

 

1.Remove the original plaque and electric pole, pay attention to the need to hold the door in the middle when removing the electric pole.

 

 

2. Remove the left lower bracket of the original car, install the special left lower bracket and fix it with the original car screws.

 

 

3.Install the brace with the original ball head (left and right steps are the same).

 

 

4.Remove the right lower bracket of the car, install the special right lower bracket, and use the original car screws to fix the bracket.

 

 

5.Remove the left and right lights, strut wire alignment.

 

 

6.After removing the lights, cut the original car hose, the struts and the original car wiring harness.

 

 

7.Electric pole from the lights at the line through the waterproof rubber plugs to the tail door cover.

 

 

8.Under the main drive, remove the plaque, find the power, unplug the original car 20A fuse, plug in our power plug.

 

 

 

9.Locate the left side of the main driving power, find the grounding screw, and connect the earth wire.

 

 

10.Remove the original car under the main drive empty button, install the front switch button.

 

 

11.In the main driving seat belt B pillar remove the plaque, find the original car control cable.

 

 

12.Unplug the original car socket, our company's yellow control line to connect the white line (the first row of the second hole from the right to the left).

 

 

13.The power cable and the central control cable are routed through the original car waterproof rubber plug to the tailgate.

 

 

 

14.Unplug this seat from the original door lock and insert the three-way plug into this termianal housing.

 

 

 

 

15.Find the original car open door button, pull the seat on the back of the car, the front switch throws a line connected to the pink line (the second hole in the second row from left to right).

 

 

16.The front switch connects the other screw to this screw.

 

 

17.Remove the original car door lock, install our electric suction lock, use the original car screws.

 

 

18.As shown in the picture, plug in the power socket.

 

 

19.Connect the Hall line, central control line and power line to our control box and install the control box at the tailgate. Install the tailgate switch button here

 

 

20.After the installation is complete, please make the back door learning settings. Please make sure the door can be closed.
