The power liftgate is easy to use and can be accessed from several different places. From the interior, there is a button on the dashboard as well as one on your key fob. On the exterior, there is a button on the liftgate itself which is convenient when needing to loading the cargo area of your car. The power liftgate is programmable as well, meaning that it allows drivers to set a certain height for the liftgate to stop at.

Adjusting height:
If your car is equipped with a power programmable liftgate, adjusting how it operates is extremely easy. From the driver’s seat, look for the round liftgate switch. On some models, this control will be located on the overhead console. On some models, this switch is located on the driver’s door panel.
This switch has three positions - Max, 3/4 and off. When rotated to the “MAX” setting, our power programmable liftgate will fully open to its hightest position whenever the power liftgate function is activated. Rotate the switch to the 3/4 mark, and the liftgate will only open to three-quarters of its full range of travel - perfect for avoiding low-hanging ceilings and other obstacles.
