• The tailgate is not in place:

1) Before installing, please check the trunk gap, tailgate lift height and sheet metal process to avoid the tailgate gap is too large. It is difficult to adjust the gap.

2) After installing at the first time, you need to set the tailgate lift height. Be careful! Be sure to attach the trunk trim panel before setting.

• The tailgate is not locked tightly:

1) Remove the cushion rubber inside the original car lock cylinder. Use a screwdriver to lock the secondary lock, and then pull the cushion rubber out with a screwdriver.

2) Check the brackets whether are installed correctly. Check the screws whether are changed. Check for interference of wiring harnesses with other components. Check for interference of the cushion rubber. If the car with single pole and its tailgate is not locked tightly, please loosen a spring (loose one grid).

• The tailgate cannot rise automatically:

1) Check whether the original lock is opened. If it is not unlocked, check whether the lock control line is tight or in poor contact. If the lock is unlocked, check whether the tailgate is opened and tries to lift it up with your hands. If you can, you need to upgrade the program.

2) Check whether the controller wiring harness is inserted into position. Check whether the controller pin is bent, whether it is in poor contact. Check whether the tailgate is closed in place in the first learning.

• Electric suction lock cannot work:

1) Check whether the wiring harness is inserted in place, whether the controller pin is bent, whether the wiring harness is in poor contact.

2) Use screwdriver to lock the original lock and check whether the electric suction is work. If it doesn't work, unplug the lock control cable and check for signals.

• The electric tailgate doesn't work after installation:

1) Check whether the power is connected, whether it is connected to 12-16V. Check whether the ground wire is in poor contact, whether it is connected to the battery negative, whether the controller has electricity, whether the lock control line is connected. After unlocking, listen carefully if there is any unlocking sound. Use a screwdriver to lock the electric suction lock, check whether the status of the tailgate switch is normal. If it is normal, please change the controller and try again.

• The original car fob cannot work:

1) If the original car key fob does not have a trunk button, check whether the central control unlock signal line is connected. Then, press the tailgate opening button and key fob three times, check whether it can open. If it cannot open, check whether the central control line is connected, whether is in poor contact.

2) If the original car key fob has a trunk button, check whether the original car has unlock signal. If not, check whether it needs to be decoded, whether it is connected with decoder, whether the protocol line (the CAN line) is connected.

• The original car key fob cannot lock and unlock the trunk:

1)Check whether the key fob has induction. Lock the car and then use the key fob to unlock the car. If the car can be opened, change the power supply position. If not, the car key for need to be with induction.

• The electric tailgate opens automatically:

1)Try to remove the central control unlock signal. If not, try to cut off the negative pole of the battery for 3 minutes. If it still cannot work, it is recommended to install the front switch.

• Setting memory height:

1) After installing at the first time, you need to set the tailgate lift height. Be careful! Be sure to attach the trunk trim panel before setting.

① First, push the tailgate to the appropriate height.

② Second, press the tailgate switch for 3-5 seconds.

③ Third, release your hands when you hear a sound "DI".

④ Forth, press the tailgate switch again.

⑤ Fifth, when the tailgate is ready to close, push it with your hand to lock the trunk.

⑥ Finally, after 5 seconds, open the trunk.

• Without Electricity(Check if the small switch on the tailgate lights up):

1) Check if the fuse holder has electricity. Check whether the fuse holder is inserted correctly or not.

2) Check whether the fuse is blown and whether the wiring is short-circuited.

3) Check whether the negative electrode is connected properly and whether the negative wire has electricity.
