Q1:what is the problem of opening the door, the door is not open?
A: Checking the bracket of top and button which if is tightly attached to the car, if it is not the problem, it’s better to replace a PCB Board
Q2: The tail gate door can only drop and rise half and stop, so what to do?
A: Put the lifting rod up and down manually for dozens of times or shut the tail door, Squeezing the tail door a few minutes could solve the problem.
